Four things we hold to
The price is the price
You get a total, door to door, in writing on WhatsApp before anything is booked — fuel, tolls and the driver included. If a booking would be cheaper structured a different way, we say so, even when that means a smaller invoice for us.
We say no when the answer is no
We do not release self-drive cars onto the Karakoram Highway or into Deosai. We do not take a wedding booking we cannot staff properly. We do not quote an armoured vehicle without asking what the movement actually is.
The driver is the product
Anyone can hand over a car. What you are really paying for is someone who knows which approach to Committee Chowk moves at 6pm, when the Murree ascent is about to close, and where the parking is at Jaulian.
Real availability, honestly stated
Our fleet pages mark vehicles as widely available, limited or on request, and we mean it. A Land Cruiser in July is not the same promise as a Corolla in July, and pretending otherwise ruins trips.
Why the cars are not all ours
Pakistan's rental market runs on partner networks, and that is a feature rather than a compromise.
Vehicles are supplied through a fleet network of owner-operators in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. It means the available range is wider than any single company could hold — a 660cc city car and a B6 armoured Land Cruiser do not belong in the same garage — and it means a vehicle going into the workshop does not cancel your trip, because there is a replacement of the same class nearby.
What we take responsibility for is the part you actually experience: the vehicle arriving clean and on time, the driver being the right person for the route, the price being what we told you, and someone answering the phone when something changes. We publish model, class and capacity on every page — and deliberately publish nothing about individual units, owners or registrations.
