No. Chauffeur-driven bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp and paid in cash on completion — no card, no deposit, no pre-authorisation. A refundable security deposit applies only to self-drive hire, and we tell you the amount before you commit.

Yes. Every chauffeur-driven quote covers the vehicle, the driver, fuel for normal city use and the driver's food allowance, as a single figure. Self-drive is quoted separately.

Yes. For chauffeur-driven hire your passport is all we need. For self-drive you need your national licence plus a valid International Driving Permit (obtained in your home country before travel), or a Pakistani licence, along with your passport and visa page.

For a standard sedan in the twin cities, same-day or next-day is usually fine. Land Cruisers, Hiace vans and anything for a wedding date need a week or more, and armoured vehicles need as much notice as you can give. October to March is wedding season and books out early.

We dispatch from Islamabad and Rawalpindi and drive anywhere in Pakistan — Murree and the Galiyat, Naran and Kaghan, Swat, Lahore, Peshawar, and the long northern routes to Gilgit, Hunza and Skardu. Pickup is in the twin cities or at the airport unless agreed otherwise.

Yes. Drivers are salaried and vetted, and for corporate, embassy and NGO accounts we supply driver details in advance for your own security vetting and keep the same named drivers on your account.

You get a replacement vehicle of equivalent class, same day for the twin cities. On northern routes we run vehicles that are serviced for the trip and drivers who carry the numbers that matter locally.

Nothing, as far as your booking is concerned. We track the flight number you give us and the driver arrives against the actual landing time. There is no waiting charge for airline delays.

In the arrivals hall at Islamabad International, past customs, holding a board with your name. If you prefer the kerbside pickup area instead, tell us and we will arrange it.

Yes. Most clients confirm the fixed price on WhatsApp and pay the driver in cash — rupees or, by arrangement, US dollars. No card or deposit is needed to book.

Yes, both. Lahore (LHE) and Bacha Khan International in Peshawar (PEW) are served on the same flight-tracked basis.

For city day rates, yes — fuel and the driver's allowance are included. On multi-day trips outside the twin cities the driver's accommodation is usually arranged by us and quoted in the trip price, so there is nothing to settle on the road.

Twelve hours of city use. Longer days are fine and are charged as agreed overtime — we will tell you the hourly rate before you book, not afterwards.

Yes, and please do it when you book rather than on the day. All our drivers manage basic English; fluent English is a smaller pool and needs scheduling.

It is not required and never added automatically. If a driver has done a long mountain day well, most clients give something — entirely your call.

As much as you can give — these are limited units. A few days is comfortable, same-day is sometimes possible, and a multi-vehicle convoy needs a week.

We supply the vehicle and a security-trained driver, and we coordinate with licensed security providers for personnel. We do not present ourselves as a private security company.

Yes — Peshawar, Lahore and intercity movement are all routine. Some destinations require permits or notifications for foreign nationals; we will tell you what is involved before you commit.

Your national licence plus a valid International Driving Permit, or a Pakistani licence. We also take a passport copy and visa page. Without an IDP we can only offer chauffeur-driven hire.

It depends on the vehicle class and is refundable in full on return. We confirm the exact figure on WhatsApp before you commit — no hidden holds.

Murree, by arrangement and not in snow conditions. Naran, Skardu and the Karakoram Highway are chauffeur-driven only — those roads are unforgiving of unfamiliarity and it is not a risk we pass to visitors.
