Privacy policy
What we collect when you enquire, who sees it, how long we keep it — and the operational data we deliberately keep off this website entirely.
A short, honest policy. If something here does not match what the business actually does, the policy is wrong and should be corrected — not the other way round.
What we collect
When you enquire, we receive whatever you send us: your name, your WhatsApp number or email, your travel dates, your pickup and drop-off points, your passenger count, and your flight number if you give us one. For self-drive hire we additionally take identity and licence documents, because we are legally required to know who is driving.
This website itself does not run a contact form and does not ask you to create an account.
What we deliberately do not publish
We do not publish vehicle registration numbers, chassis or engine numbers, or the names of vehicle owners in our partner network anywhere on this website. That information exists for operational and legal purposes only. It has no business being on a public page, and publishing it would expose both owners and customers to vehicle-identity fraud.
Why we hold it
- To quote, confirm and run your booking.
- To brief the driver assigned to you.
- To meet Pakistani legal requirements for self-drive hire and, where applicable, for foreign-national travel registration at checkposts.
- To answer a complaint or a query about a past trip.
Who it is shared with
- The assigned driver, who needs your name, pickup point and flight or timing details.
- The vehicle owner within our partner network, limited to what a booking requires.
- Authorities, where a checkpost, permit or law requires it.
- Hotels or tour partners, only where you have asked us to arrange something with them.
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your number to advertisers or marketing lists.
Most enquiries reach us through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and covered by its own privacy terms. Messages you send us are stored on the device and account we use to run bookings. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email or call instead.
How long we keep it
Enquiry threads are kept while they are commercially useful — typically up to two years — so we can honour a quoted price and answer questions about a past trip. Self-drive documentation is kept for as long as the applicable law requires and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry history at any time.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels by default. If website analytics are enabled, they are configured to measure aggregate page performance only. Any change to this — an advertising pixel, a remarketing tag — requires this section to be updated first.
Your choices
Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 316 5378855 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within thirty days. If we are legally required to retain something — self-drive licence records, for example — we will tell you which record and why.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information about children. Bookings are made by adults; children travel as passengers and we record nothing about them beyond a seat count and, where you tell us, a child-seat requirement.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version is published here. The version in force when you enquired is the one that applies to that enquiry.
