Rental terms & conditions
How bookings, pricing, cancellation and liability work. Written to match how we actually operate rather than to hide behind.
These terms describe how bookings work in practice. They are a plain-language summary, not a substitute for the rental agreement you sign at handover, and they should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before this site goes live.
1. Bookings and confirmation
A booking exists once we have confirmed it to you in writing — normally on WhatsApp — stating the vehicle class, the dates, the route and the total price. Verbal enquiries and unanswered messages are not bookings.
For chauffeur-driven hire we do not require a deposit, card details or pre-payment. For self-drive hire a refundable security deposit applies and the amount is stated before you commit.
2. Pricing
- Quoted prices are totals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the vehicle, the driver and fuel for the agreed use, unless stated otherwise in writing.
- City day rates cover up to twelve hours of use within the stated city. Additional hours are charged at the overtime rate quoted at the time of booking.
- Out-of-city travel, one-way transfers and multi-day itineraries are quoted per trip before departure.
- The binding price is the one confirmed to you in writing for your specific dates.
- Third-party costs passed through at cost — wedding floral decoration, permits, entry tickets — are itemised when quoted.
3. Payment
Payment is normally in cash on completion, in PKR. Bank transfer is available, and corporate accounts are invoiced on agreed terms. We do not process card payments on this website and we never ask for card details over WhatsApp.
4. Cancellation
- Chauffeur-driven bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start.
- Cancellation inside 24 hours may attract a charge covering driver allocation, and for wedding, event and armoured bookings a specific cancellation term is agreed in writing at booking.
- If we cancel — vehicle failure, road closure or any other reason — you pay nothing and we will offer an equivalent replacement where one exists.
5. Driver hours, conduct and rest
Drivers are entitled to rest. On multi-day itineraries we plan driving hours so the person at the wheel is not fatigued, and we will refuse a request that would require unsafe continuous driving. We avoid night driving on mountain roads and will say so rather than accept the booking.
6. Fuel, tolls and road charges
Fuel for the agreed use, motorway tolls and the driver's food allowance are included in quoted day and trip rates unless stated otherwise. On self-drive hire the vehicle is supplied with a full tank and is to be returned at the same level; any shortfall is charged at cost.
7. Self-drive requirements
Self-drive hire requires:
- A valid driving licence held for at least two years.
- For non-Pakistani licence holders, a valid International Driving Permit obtained in your country of residence, presented with your national licence.
- Passport and visa page (for foreign nationals), or CNIC.
- A refundable security deposit.
Self-drive vehicles may not be taken onto the Karakoram Highway, into the Kaghan Valley beyond Balakot, to Skardu, or onto the Deosai plateau. Vehicles may not be driven outside Pakistan, used for racing or towing, sublet, or driven by anyone not named on the agreement.
8. Damage, insurance and liability
Vehicles are comprehensively insured. On self-drive hire an excess applies and is explained in writing before handover. You remain responsible for traffic fines, parking penalties and charges arising during your hire, and for damage resulting from misuse, intoxication or driving in breach of these terms.
Our liability is limited to the provision of the booked service and to the price paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses — missed flights, connections or events — arising from road closures, weather, security incidents, protests or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always try to find an alternative route or vehicle first.
9. Armoured vehicles
Armoured vehicles are supplied only with a security-trained driver, never self-drive. They are supplied on the basis of the movement described at booking. We are a transport provider and not a private security company, and we do not supply armed personnel; where a client requires close protection we coordinate with appropriately licensed providers.
10. Restricted areas and permits
Some regions in Pakistan require a No Objection Certificate or other permission for foreign nationals. Obtaining permits is the traveller's responsibility; we will tell you what we understand to be required and will not drive into a restricted area without the necessary permission.
11. Passenger conduct
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Passengers must wear seatbelts where fitted. We may end a hire without refund where behaviour endangers the driver, the vehicle or other road users, or where the vehicle is used for anything unlawful.
12. Complaints
Tell us during the hire if something is wrong — a driver, a vehicle, a route — because almost everything can be fixed while the trip is still happening. Unresolved complaints should be sent via WhatsApp at +92 316 5378855 and will be answered within seven days.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Rawalpindi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published when your booking was confirmed.
